Plastic & Hand Surgeon

HealthPartners is looking for a Plastic & Hand Surgeon to join our Plastic and Hand Surgery Department at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN, our Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center for 2026 and 2027. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.

As a Plastics & Hand Surgeon, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification/board eligibility in Plastic Surgery with microsurgery and/or hand fellowship training or SOTH (CAQ in Surgery of Hand) preferred.

Highlights of this position include:

  1. Regions is one of the University of Minnesota’s largest teaching affiliates and is a primary training site for the University’s plastic surgery residency. Our department includes a talented team of eight plastic surgeons, three PA-Cs, two NPs, an esthetician and a full-time plastic surgery training service.
  2. Practice opportunities include hand surgery, limb salvage, facial trauma, peripheral nerve and brachial plexus, lymphedema surgery, abdominal wall reconstruction, reconstructive and aesthetic breast and body surgery, facial aesthetic surgery, and Mohs reconstruction.
  3. Faculty appointment through the University of Minnesota and participation in the teaching of plastic surgery residents, hand fellows, and medical students
  4. Opportunity to work in the ACGME accredited Hand fellowship at Regions Hospital
  5. Experienced and newly graduated surgeons are encouraged to apply.
  6. Hand Call is shared with our Orthopedic colleagues, Facial Trauma is shared with our Otolaryngology colleagues
  7. We enjoy collegial relationships with multiple surgical specialties within the Twin Cities

PAY RANGE:

$375,000.00 Minimum- $834,648.00 Maximum based on a 1.0 FTE

PAY RANGE STATEMENT:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.
