Job Title: Content Upload & Media Production Specialist

Location: Remote - Honduras

Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Upload & Media Production Specialist to support ongoing content management needs across our digital platforms. This role will be responsible for uploading new videos, flyers, and other multimedia assets to specific website sections-mirroring the structure and workflow used on the client's main site. In addition, the specialist may assist with creating new videos , including an upcoming "About Us" video. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with digital media on a recurring basis.

Someone reliable, organized, and comfortable working with multimedia content. You should easily navigate between uploading content, making small updates, and-if needed-help produce simple videos that represent the brand well.

• Upload new videos, flyers, and promotional materials to designated sections of the website.
• Ensure assets follow the client's format, guidelines, and publishing standards.
• Maintain content consistency and accuracy across all digital sections.
• Organize, name, and manage media files for easy retrieval and updates.

• Assist in producing short-form videos, including an "About Us" brand video.
• Edit and format video content for web and social media use.
• Collaborate with the client to understand creative direction and messaging.
• Ensure high-quality visuals and audio in all produced content.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and uploading media assets.
• Familiarity with basic video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva Video, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured content placement rules.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage recurring tasks.
• Good communication skills and comfortable working with remote teams.

• Experience with website content structuring or digital marketing.
• Graphic design skills (e.g., creating flyers or simple promotional assets).
• Previous work with auction, retail, automotive, or e-commerce websites.
