USA RELOCATION – ESTIMATORS – DATA CENTRE PROJECTS
Locations: Kansas City / Tulsa / Nebraska
Salary:$110K–$140K + 20 Days PTO + 401(K) + Health + Vision + Dental
Capstone is partnered with a leading independent construction and property consultancy to appoint an Estimator Estimator to support major Hi-Tech projects across North America.
Our client is internationally recognised for technical excellence, robust project delivery, and investment in people through structured training and lifelong professional development. With offices across the US - they continue to expand rapidly, driven by a strong pipeline of flagship real estate and mission-critical schemes.
Due to continued growth across their Hi-Tech division, they are looking to relocate an experienced Estimator to play a key role in delivering large-scale, complex projects while contributing to the long-term success of the team.
The Role
As an Estimator, you will work closely with the end-user client, design teams, and general contractors to develop, manage, and present robust cost estimates throughout all project stages. This role requires exceptional technical knowledge, strong analytical capability, and excellent communication skills, as you will regularly interface with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Construction
• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans
• Produce take-offs, models and benchmarks
Procurement
• Support GC and subcontractor tendering
• Prepare RFPs and review/level bids
Cost Control
• Update budgets and forecasts
• Support change orders and reporting
Collaboration
• Work closely with PMs, design teams and clients
• Contribute to cost data, templates and best practice
About You
A motivated and detail-driven Estimator/Quantity Surveyor with strong experience delivering estimates on large-scale construction projects.
Experience in Hi-Tech, Mission Critical, or Data Centre environments is beneficial but not essential.
Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills — comfortable working closely with end-user clients.
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with wider project teams.
UK passport holders preferred.
Single-status candidates are preferred due to visa sponsorship requirements.
