Job Description
- Bachelor's degree or above (full-time), with a preference for science and engineering backgrounds. Proficiency in CAD and other drawing tools.
- Strong communication and expression skills, clear logical thinking, enthusiastic about work, proactive learning attitude, keen interest in the logistics and warehousing automation industry, and willingness to develop long-term in this field.
- Patient and meticulous personality.
- Ability to travel moderately as required by projects.
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 level, which can be used as a working language.
- Knowledge of common automation equipment on the market is a plus (e.g., ACR, AGV, multi-deep racking systems, four-way shuttles, Autostore, Skypod, etc.). The main responsibility is to plan and design logistics process automation projects centered on logistics and warehousing robots.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams in conducting logistics solution design and technical communication with clients.
- Create logistics layout drawings and project proposal documents to facilitate project signing.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team at the Shenzhen headquarters and Japanese delivery personnel, clarify solution details, and support project delivery and implementation.
- Assist the solution manager in daily work.
Annual Salary : JPY 4-6 million
Insurance: Based on local Japanese regulations.
