Lead complex dryer vent cleaning, reroutes, installations, and repairs
Troubleshoot problems and offer expert, field-based solutions
Work independently or in teams on residential and large multifamily sites
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
Serve as a mentor to junior techs and help uphold VentMasters standards

We're seeking a seasoned technician who is:
Skilled in using tools and reading vent layouts or blueprints
A natural leader — dependable, positive, coachable, and communicative
Professional in front of customers — clear, courteous, and solution-focused
Licensed to drive with a clean record
Able to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule (Saturdays required)
