Your Impact as a Restorative Nurse Aide In this role, you will: * Provide restorative care services, including ROM, ambulation, positioning, transfers, ADLs, prosthetic management, and restorative dining. * Carry out care plans and restorative programs under the direction of the DON/ADON and therapy team. * Monitor, apply, and maintain positioning devices such as splints, slings, and hand rolls. * Complete accurate documentation and charting in a timely manner. * Observe and report any physical or behavioral changes in residents to the Charge Nurse. * Weigh and document residents monthly as part of routine assessments. * Assist in training staff in restorative techniques. * Demonstrate professionalism through strong attendance, a positive attitude, and appropriate conduct. What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone who: * Holds an active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification. * Has experience in long-term care and restorative nursing practices. * Understands safe body mechanics and resident safety protocols. * Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team. * Is passionate about helping residents improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
