Production Planner / Production Scheduler
Salary up to $80,000 + Benefits in Eastern TN
We’re looking for a detail-driven Production Planner / Scheduler to keep our operations running like clockwork. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to balance materials, timelines, and team coordination—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do as the Production Planner / Production Scheduler:
• Build and adjust production schedules to meet customer demand
• Monitor progress, troubleshoot delays, and optimize resource use
• Collaborate across procurement, inventory, warehouse, and manufacturing
• Track key metrics like on-time delivery and production efficiency
• Maintain ERP/MRP records and manage customer spreadsheets
• Lead planning meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, and safety standards.
Minimum requirements for this Production Planner / Production Scheduler:
• At least 2 years in manufacturing and production planning or equivalent educational knowledge
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems preferred knowledge
• Excellent communication across teams
• Flexibility to adapt and thrive under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with ISO, BRC, Lean, or Six Sigma (preferred).
