Senior Piping Designer – Water/Wastewater Treatment
We’re seeking a Senior Piping Designer to lead detailed design production and BIM/VDC coordination for water and wastewater infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead BIM/VDC strategy, standards, and workflows
• Produce design drawings using Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD
• Coordinate models, conduct clash detection, enforce quality control
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve design issues
• Maintain CAD/BIM libraries and documentation
• Mentor junior staff and drive innovation in design technology
• Support field investigations, site visits, and as-built documentation
Qualifications:
• 8+ years in water/wastewater design with 4+ years BIM/VDC leadership
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Expert in Revit, Civil 3D, Plant 3D; piping layout experience
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and BIM automation a plus
