The clinic is open Monday through Saturday. Full-time staff are scheduled 36-40 hours weekly. Routinely performs nursing tasks as ordered by the physician and/or assigned by the Charge RN. * Administer patient care in a safe, confidential, and respectful manner. * Apply interpersonal relationship skills. * Assist fellow members of the interdisciplinary care team. * Accountable for all delegated nursing care activities, assessments, interventions and for ongoing evaluation of the patients response to the nursing plan of care. * Perform and document patient observations and data collections accurately, timely, and legibly in the patients electronic medical record. * Respond appropriately to visual and audible alarms of the dialysis machine and other ancillary equipment.
