Description We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our client on a contract basis in San Ramon, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and inputting accurate data into our systems, ensuring the integrity of information for internal accounting and operational processes. This position requires a high level of precision, organizational skills, and familiarity with data entry tools and software. Responsibilities: - Input accurate and up-to-date data into accounting and internal systems. - Organize and maintain digital records to ensure data consistency and accessibility. - Verify the accuracy of entered information and resolve discrepancies as needed. - Collaborate with team members to support data-related tasks and projects. - Perform numeric data entry efficiently and with minimal errors. - Utilize Yardi software for specific data entry tasks related to company processes. - Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. - Generate reports and summaries based on entered data when required. - Provide support for ongoing data migration efforts within the organization. - Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry operations. Requirements - Proven experience in a data entry role, preferably in accounting or similar fields. - Strong proficiency in numeric and alphanumeric data entry. - Familiarity with data entry software and systems, including Yardi. - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
