We have an immediate need for an Construction Project Manager in Red Hook, Brooklyn, NY . Come join our team! Responsibilities

The Construction Project Manager will oversee the NYCDDC Red Hook Project in Brooklyn The responsibilities include and are not limited to: Oversee the management of parks projects in an occupied settingCommunication skills to work directly with the client.Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance.Manage contractor compliance with documents.Manage multiple-contractor projects.Coordinate the work of numerous contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 10+ years of successful project management experience
  • 10 years experience in construction inspection or management on infrastructure construction
  • Water main inspection certification card
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • OSHA 10
  • General understanding of Public Works Projects

  • Compensation: $120,000 year Min - $265,000 year Max
  • The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates' qualifications and location
