We are a leading distributor of fine wines serving the mid Atlantic since 1986 has an outstanding opportunity available in Maryland's Western counties(Frederick, Carroll, and Washington) We are seeking a motivated, self-directed Sales Representative that works well under pressure .

The Representative will be responsible for maximizing sales of supplier brands to the trade through effective planning, selling, merchandising, and communication of company and supplier objectives.

The ability to share work space, travel by car, dress appropriately, attend sales meetings, and meet deadlines are all requirements of this position.

The successful candidate will have wine related experience with an understanding of the wine & spirits industry. He/She must be a results oriented professional with superior communication skills using diplomacy and discretion, as well having strong customer service skills.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field, and/or equivalent training and work experience is required.
Ability to hold a Solicitor's permit is a must, as is familiarity with the territory.

12)BE WILLING TO CONDUCT PRODUCT TASTINGS TO SUPPORT CUSTOMERS
13)HAVE A VALID DRIVING PERMIT, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION & RESIDE IN TERRITORY
14)HAVE COMPUTER AND COMPUTER SKILLS INCLUDING OUTLOOK,WORD & EXCEL
15)HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND BE A TEAM PLAYER
16)HAVE COMPREHENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF WINE VARIETALS AND INTERNATIONAL WINES
