Schedule: TBD – Multiple shifts.

Pay type: $22-$28 Per hour.

More than 80 standard commercial and industrial washing machines exist to quickly and efficiently clean pans, trays, totes, molds, scale parts, screens, pallets, lugs, racks, barrels, smoke trucks, bins, vats, barrels, and buckets. Batch and continuous cleaning washers are available for several hundred to several thousand containers an hour. What You’ll Do:

• Fabricate sheet metal, pipe, and tube.
• Fit/tack together pieces into subassemblies, then into complete machines.
• Use MIG and TIG processes to weld inside and outside corners of sheet metal, angle, tube, and pipe.
• Clean all welds using buffing wheels and air-driven wire brushes. (Not Ground and Polished).
• Install fittings, pumps, gauges, and hardware to complete machine assembly.

Job Qualifications / Skill Requirements:

• Must have work history using MIG and TIG welding processes.
• Fitting, Fabrication, and layout skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Use of power and hand tools.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow shop drawings.
• Be able to work independently yet be part of a team.
• Ability to read a tape measure, work in fractions, and do basic math.
• Be able to safely operate basic hand tools such as drills, grinders, and air-driven tools.
• General Plumbing and Electrical skills are helpful but not necessary.
• Forklift, Scissor Lift, Press Brake, or other equipment experience is a plus.
• Be proficient in reading blueprints and 3D models. Someone who can be given a blueprint and instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a sitting, standing, or kneeling position and lift to 50 lbs.
• Climb up and down ladders, bend, squat, lay on the ground, and reach overhead.
