Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven **Warehouse Associate** to join our team. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders and assisting in a warehouse and fulfillment environment. **Job Title:** Warehouse Associate **Pay Rate:** Starting pay $19.50/hr. (Increases depending on shift) **Location:** Jeffersonville, IN **Job Duties:** + Load/Unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers/containers + Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment + Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies + Transport materials to production workstations + Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance + Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs + Comply with company policies and legal guidelines + Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities **Requirements** + Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently + High School Diploma or Equivalent + Technologically literate, with the ability to use a computer and RF scanner + Ability to train new employees on company procedures and job duties + Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements (push, pull, lift) + Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance; 25-50 lbs unassisted + Ability to stand in one area for extended periods of time + Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and reach frequently **Shift:** 4th and 5th shift: Friday - Sunday 12 hour days or nights If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
