Pay Rate: $50.00 – $56.12 per hour

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join a busy and well-supported Family Birth Center in Maryville, Tennessee , located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. This opportunity is ideal for a travel nurse who excels in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing patients across the full labor and delivery continuum.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Labor & Delivery RN will provide comprehensive maternal and newborn care, including but not limited to:
Triage assessments and non-stress tests (NSTs)
Management of labor inductions and Magnesium Sulfate administration
Assistance with cesarean sections and external versions
Newborn resuscitation and stabilization
Circumcisions and post-delivery newborn care
Collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes
Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent Labor & Delivery experience
(First-time travelers will not be considered)
EHR Experience: At least 1 year of EPIC experience
Licensure: Active Tennessee RN license or Compact (NLC) license
Certifications Required:
BLS
ACLS
NRP
AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
