Role Specifics and Benefits: As an LPN on assignment, you’ll perform essential duties under the supervision of an RN and in collaboration with physicians. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed medications and treatments within scope, assisting with daily living activities, wound care, documentation in electronic medical records, and patient education to promote self-care after discharge. You’ll support discharge planning, care coordination, and early recognition of changes in patient status.
