Job Title: RN Registered Nurse – Trauma Ortho/Neuro Med Surg

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent – Days/Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation:
Base Pay: $30.76 – $41.50/hour (based on years of experience)
Differentials: +$4.75/hour nights | +$3.00/hour weekends | +$2.00/hour with national certification
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)
Paid 2% on first/second paycheck, balance in 6-month increments
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 with HR approval
Position Overview:
We’re looking for dedicated Trauma Ortho/Neuro Med Surg RNs to join a dynamic unit serving a diverse patient population. This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll care for trauma patients, orthopedic surgical cases, and neurological conditions, making strong critical thinking and adaptability key to success.
This role is ideal for RNs who thrive in collaborative teams, value patient-centered care, and want to advance their skills in trauma, ortho, and neuro nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to trauma, ortho, and neuro med surg patients
Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy in documentation
Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and discharge plans
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to drive quality outcomes
Support a healing environment through proactive, compassionate care
Qualifications:
Current Florida RN license or multistate compact license (required)
Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
Current BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross)
ACLS required within 6 months of hire
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required (acute care preferred; LTACH, home health, rehab considered)
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
