Job Description
We're seeking a motivated and experienced
Systems Analyst Advisor to help build automated processes that streamline internal operations - improving turnaround time, accuracy, and productivity to deliver greater value to our clients. In this role, you'll collaborate with operations, product owners, and developers to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions. Success requires a strong technical foundation, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
Qualifications: - 3 plus years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar technical role
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ETL, SQL, BI tools, and data mapping
- Experience with Ab Initio (Express> It, Metadata Hub, BRE) is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud and big data technologies (e.g., AWS, Hadoop, Kafka, REST APIs)
- Exposure to programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, JavaScript, React)
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Key Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of current system processes and automation capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, functionality, and timelines for automation efforts
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Design and document solutions that align with business goals and system architecture
- Serve as a liaison between operations and development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute ideas to improve design efficiency, reusability, and delivery speed
- Support testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of automated capabilities
Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field preferred
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 103,700 - 172,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
