OVERVIEW:
At South Moon Under we call our sales associates, Stylists, because we help style our customers. As a Stylist, you will help build our brand by delivering superior customer service. The type of service that helps our customers achieve curated looks that promote their best self, facilitates long lasting relationships with the brand, and brings them immense joy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Understand and communicate the South Moon Under brand to all customers
• Contribute to the selling environment by engaging with customers and making them feel welcome and valued
• Emulate the brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashion
• Build positive relationships with peers and contribute to a positive team morale
• Maintain South Moon Under’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customers
• Support and contribute to the completion of the daily shipment and omni fulfillment processes
• Have a full understanding of our POS system so that you can provide a seamless customer transaction experience
• Perform other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in customer service
• Experience being a team player
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• To perform the essential functions of this job, you must be able to frequently stand, walk, talk, and hear. You will be required to occasionally sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. You will be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include near and far sighted, and depth perception.
