**Duration: 3 Months** **Shifts: 1st** **Remote Role** **Job Description** + We are seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Analyst to support our Procurement team during a maternity leave coverage period. This role is highly hands-on, supporting ~140 business locations and managing multiple service categories including snow removal, landscaping, janitorial services, and ground support equipment. The ideal candidate will be organized, Excel- and Monday.com-savvy, comfortable with contracts and vendor negotiations, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. + This position is fully remote and requires someone who can confidently interact with General Managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring accuracy across dashboards, contracts, and service agreements. **Key Responsibilities** + Maintain and update sourcing dashboards (Excel + Monday.com) tracking vendor coverage, spend, and contract status across ~140 locations. + Draft, review, and manage service contracts (using standard templates), ensuring accurate scope of work and costs. + Support sourcing and vendor management for facilities services, including janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal. + Investigate vendor performance issues (e.g., service failures) and coordinate resolution with Client and suppliers. + Negotiate vendor proposals and pricing; ensure itemization, clarity of scope, and compliance with sourcing standards. + Partner with internal stakeholders to provide visibility on contracts, savings, vendor changes, and spend. + Preparing and supporting with running RFx + Manage multiple seasonal contract cycles (e.g., snow removal in fall/winter, landscaping in spring). + Communicate effectively with Client and suppliers, balancing customer service with the ability to push back when needed. + Work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines. **Qualifications** + Minimum 2 years of sourcing, procurement, or contract management experience. + Strong proficiency in Excel (dashboards, data tracking, spend analysis). + Experience with Monday.com for project and workflow management. + Experience negotiating vendor/service agreements and reviewing proposals. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to speak directly with Client and vendors. + Experience in facilities or service-based sourcing (janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, etc.) strongly preferred, but not required. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
