Salary: $80,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

• I require candidates to have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Additionally, I expect 2 to 4 years of experience with SAP, with a preference for knowledge across various SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Production Planning (PP), and Finance & Controlling (FICO). I would also appreciate candidates with experience in multiple SAP implementations and any background in ABAP programming.
• Moreover, candidates must possess advanced computer skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and experience with Dynamics CRM or similar software is a plus. There may be occasional travel required to our locations in North America and remote offices in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, or Taiwan for up to two weeks at a time.

• In this role, you will monitor the SAP Help Desk on a daily basis. You will assess each new SAP incident to determine the best course of action and resolve SAP incidents when feasible. Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders for requests that necessitate larger enhancements or changes will be part of your tasks. You will assign Help Desk tasks to other members of the SAP team or our offshore support team as needed and will review and track the progress of existing Help Desk tasks.
• Additionally, you will meet daily with our offshore team to evaluate the progress of all open incidents and coordinate efforts between offshore consultants and our SAP team as required. Providing support to the SAP Team or other business and technology teams during design, development, and delivery phases to ensure robust and scalable solutions will also be part of your responsibilities. You will help in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to each solution or design, motivating the work of others outside of direct authority to ensure Help Desk milestones and deliverables are achieved. You will also communicate and collaborate with consultants and work closely within a global team environment. Various other duties as requested by the Director of SAP will also be required.
