Role: Tableau Admin / Developer

Location: NYC, NY

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and visualization solutions.
Connect Tableau to various data sources (SQL databases, Excel, cloud data warehouses, etc.).
Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
Implement data security and access controls within Tableau.
Perform data validation and testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of dashboards.
Stay up to date with Tableau best practices, features, and new releases.
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
