Job Title: Sales Advisor – RV & Marine Dealership

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base + Commission (potential for high earnings)

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Advisor who thrives on delivering great customer experiences and enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment. If you're enthusiastic, driven, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you!

• Greet and assist customers in finding the RV or boat that fits their lifestyle

• Build rapport and guide customers through the buying process from start to finish

• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with past customers

• Stay informed on current inventory and product knowledge

• Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth handoff

• Outgoing and customer-focused personality

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Ability to work weekends and be flexible with scheduling

• Sales experience preferred but not required —we provide training

• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
