I'm partnering with a strong, well-established health system seeking an experienced OB nursing leader to step into a Unit Manager role overseeing both Labor & Delivery and Postpartum services. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically grounded, forward-thinking leader who is ready to guide a high-performing women's services team and drive quality outcomes.

The Unit Manager serves as a key nursing leader responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating all aspects of patient care on the designated units. This role manages staffing, workflow, equipment, and resources to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care. The leader in this position must stay current with evidence-based practices, regulatory standards, and evolving trends in OB/L&D care.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct day-to-day clinical operations for both Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units
Lead and develop a team of approximately 43 FTEs
Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care through effective staffing, resource management, and workflow oversight

BLS certification required (biannual recertification)
