Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate, present, and install residential electrical service projects, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions in residential settings.
• Oversee junior technicians and provide mentorship to support team development.
• Maintain compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.
• Communicate with clients, providing professional and courteous customer service.
• Maintain detailed reports of completed projects and materials used.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a lead residential electrical technician.
• Certification: Valid Journeyman License or certification a plus, but is not required.
• Skills: Pricing Jobs, Sales, Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading or mentoring a team.
• Customer Focused: Ability to interact with homeowners professionally and courteously.
• Driver’s License: Valid and clean driver’s license required.
• Sales experience a plus but not required. Training Provided.
