We are currently seeking a Remote Translator to join our team at Lehman Website Design and Marketing. As a Remote Translator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and culturally sensitive translations for our clients. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in the world.
Job Responsibilities:
- Translate and proofread marketing materials, websites, branding content, product packaging, and other related documents from English to the target language.
- Ensure translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and convey the intended message effectively.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality translations on time.
- Maintain consistency in terminology and style across all translated materials.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry-specific terminology and trends.
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language.
- Degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a translator, with strong writing and editing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in translation and localization.
- Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary range: $23,000 - $65,000 USD per year
