Job Description
Experienced Nurse practicing independently in a similar clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing contingencies and delegating tasks.
Demonstrates proficiency in nursing processes, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families in accordance with their level of practice.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, families, and caregivers.
Meets competency requirements, attends orientation, and completes annual validations.
Preferred experience in perinatal settings with relevant certifications such as FHM, NRP, ACLS, and PALS.
Holds a valid RN license and BLS certification; additional certifications obtained within designated grace periods.
Work is per diem as needed.
