Regional Property Manager – Rochester, MN
Regional Property Manager leadership opportunity to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities, responsible for driving financial performance and mentoring teams. The compensation range is $85,000-$110,000 + a company vehicle. This role is eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Property Managers.
- Stay current on federal, state, and local landlord/tenant laws.
- Advanced knowledge of Yardi, Rent Café and InspectCheck.
- Oversee rent collection processes, monthly financial reporting and budgets.
- Develop and execute creative and competitive marketing and leasing strategies.
- Partner with vendors and maintenance teams to ensure high-quality upkeep, repairs, and future project planning.
- Proactively address escalated resident concerns with urgency and professionalism.
Skills Required - Expertise in LIHTC, HOME, and other affordable housing programs.
- Hands-on experience with Yardi, Rent Café, and other property management systems.
- Ability to analyze budgets and manage financial performance.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
