About The RBT Role As a
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/ABA Therapist) , you will provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make an impact while growing your career in a supportive environment.
RBT Job Description: - Provide direct ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
- Support skill-building in communication, social, and daily living areas
- Record accurate client data
- Manage challenging behaviors when needed
- Collaborate with BCBAs and families
RBT Requirements: - Active RBT Certification (in good standing)
- Minimum 6 months experience in ABA therapy
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
