Role: Quality Assurance Analyst (Oracle QA Lead)

• Overview:

• The Quality Assurance Analyst (Oracle QA Lead) is responsible for leading and executing comprehensive testing strategies across Oracle Cloud applications, integrations, and reporting solutions. This role ensures that technology solutions supporting clinical, operational, and financial functions meet standards for accuracy, performance, compliance, and patient focused operational reliability. The QA Lead works closely with IT, business stakeholders, and project teams to maintain high-quality system delivery in a regulated healthcare environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Oracle Testing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and maintain an end to end Oracle testing strategy tailored to enterprise Oracle Cloud footprint (FIN, HCM, SCM).

• Plan test cycles with consideration for healthcare compliance, privacy, security, and SOX related requirements.

• Define test scope, data requirements, resource plans, and timelines based on project governance framework.

• Test Execution & Quality Assurance

• Create detailed test cases, scripts, and test matrices aligned to financial, supply chain, and HR operational workflows.

• Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Oracle Cloud modules and supporting systems.
• Validate OIC integrations, BI Publisher reports, OTBI analytics, scheduled processes, and SQL-based data outputs.
• Execute API testing using tools such as Postman and SoapUI for both internal and third party integrations.
• Defect Management & Continuous Improvement

• Log, analyze, and resolve defects using QA management tools

• Engage in root cause analysis and recommend preventative actions to improve quality across future releases.
• Maintain strong communication with technical teams, Oracle functional leads, and business partners.
• UAT Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with operational and business units across the network for UAT planning and execution.

• Support training, readiness checks, and go live validation activities for enterprise Oracle initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between IT and departmental leadership to ensure testing quality meets organizational standards.
