Job Description
As a QA Analyst, you ll optimize quality assurance processes to enhance software performance and reliability. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive performance testing, documenting results, and maintaining high standards for software quality and user satisfaction.
This is a full-time, hybrid/remote (4 days on-site/1day remote) position located in Irving, TX.
COMP: Up $100K depending on candidate s experience, etc.

WHAT YOU LL DO:
- Execute end-to-end testing across IT initiatives, from planning through release.
- Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, estimates, test cases, and scripts.
- Design and perform integration and system testing for complex applications.
- Collaborate closely with QA, Development, Environment teams, and Business partners to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support test planning, execution, defect tracking, and status reporting for program-level efforts.
- Identify, triage, and help resolve quality issues and defects.
- Execute application test cases and support issue remediation through resolution.
- Create and maintain clear, useful documentation, including process flows, data models, diagrams, and technical guides.
- Partner with Business Analysts and Developers to define test scenarios and validate application functionality.
- Assist with UAT preparation and execution, and support the transition to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
WHAT YOU LL BRING:
- A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience) .
- 7-10 + years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience with DevOps practices, performance testing, and validating cloud-based applications in Azure, including testing of integrated services and system dependencies.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain ideas and issues.
- Clear and effective written communication, producing documentation that s easy to follow.
- High problem awareness, spotting issues early, and taking action to solve them.
- Strong deductive reasoning, applying logic and best practices to testing challenges.
