As a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in assisting with the development of technical solutions and proposal narratives for new business opportunities. Job Description
As a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern , you will play a key role in assisting with the development of technical solutions and proposal narratives for new business opportunities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment, working closely with our sales and technical teams. The internship dates are June 1, 2026 to July 31 2026.
This internship is a fully remote, full-time opportunity requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. Candidates must be available during core business hours (8:30 am EST to 5:00 pm EST) for the entire 9-week duration of the program. Please note that all work must be performed within the United States. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
What You'll Do
Assist in the development and preparation of technical solutions and proposal documents for new business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information necessary for proposal creation
Support the creation of compelling technical narratives that effectively communicate the value of our solutions
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform proposal strategies
Assist in the organization and maintenance of proposal materials and documentation
Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and feedback
What You'll Need
Required:
Current Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical-focused major.
Minimum GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Strong writing skills with an interest in developing technical narratives.
A business focus with a solid understanding of technical concepts.
Interest in sales solutions and business development.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The pay range for this position is $17 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will include medical coverage as well as 401k retirement account access.
