**Overview** **Title:** PRNClinic Provider I - Registered Nurse **Location:** Mount Vernon, IL (24-7 facility) **Status:** PRN/On-call as needed **Hours** :12 hour shifts - Days or nights. In this position, you will: + Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses and critically think using your clinical experience to conduct a range of risk and health assessments, to include appropriate documentation and follow up + Provide episodic care for non-occupational injuries and illnesses + Execute program workflows, protocols and procedures including emergency response, internal and external care referrals, return to work, stay at work, restriction management, and support of client Leave of Absence (LOA) management + Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees by engaging employees or dispatching an early interventions specialist to provide job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and workstation assessments + Prepare ergonomic, injury intervention, injury treatment, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA reports _The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands._ **Qualifications** **Required Minimum Education:** + Associate's Degree **Required License or Certificate:** + Licensed/certified LPN or RN **Required Experience:** + 2 years providing occupational health services or other related experience \#LI-NJ1 _ATI provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
