Job Description
The successful candidate will be a crucial contributor to a high-performing team focused on the lifecycle of private investment funds . Your primary responsibilities will center on structuring, negotiating, and closing sophisticated transactional architecture for commingled investment vehicles. You will be expected to manage substantial and high-stakes components of fund formation matters, including drafting core constitutive documents (e.g., private placement memoranda, limited partnership agreements) and navigating associated regulatory and fiduciary obligations.
