What Youll Do:
Monitor surgical procedures and ensure seamless communication
Prepare patients and operating rooms for safe efficient surgeries
Maintain a sterile organized environment and assist with room turnover
Support team growth through mentoring and orientation
Collaborate on care plans and participate in patient hand-offs
Drive process improvements and help achieve departmental goals
What Were Looking For:
Current RN licensure in Texas
BLS required; ACLS within 3 months
12 years OR circulating experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude
