What You’ll Do

• Greeting and assisting visitors

• Answering and directing phone calls

• Managing incoming and outgoing mail

• Monitoring office security systems

• Coordinating meetings and maintaining shared spaces

• Supporting various departments with clerical tasks as assigned

• Assisting with RMA and customer support requests

• Maintaining the office coffee machine and restocking common areas

• Coordinating team lunches (ordering/pickup)

• Updating internal development portals and supporting office projects

What We’re Looking For -

Required:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

• Flexible, positive attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred:

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday (8:00am–3:00pm)

• Location: Irvine, CA – minutes from John Wayne Airport

• Local candidates only. Relocation or visa sponsorship (H-1B) is not available.

• This is an on-site position; remote work is not offered.
