MUST HAVE:

Receive Medicare AEP template requirements, including redlined versions and required changes
Add letter requests to a tracking sheet and save a copy of the Intake form and all corresponding letter copies.
Solution design for requirements in both TCS and ODS by performing template development and testing support.
Ensure templates meet provided requirements, including updating TCS Keyed Inserts for updated NDN/MLI.
Generate sample copies for validation.
Map letter templates in EAM and create necessary mapping report for validation.
Update tracking sheet for each template with completion date.
Clearly document changes in both JIRA and SMP for tracking, traceability, and release purposes.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years experience in template design and development.
Expert understanding of Trizetto Communication System (TCS) letter tool and Enrollment Application Manager (EAM) application.
Familiarity with ODS letter development tool a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
Strong understanding of Medicare and CMS requirements and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail.
