The Opportunity
Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a mid-level associate to a nationally ranked Life Sciences and Healthcare regulatory team handling FDA strategy and provider/supplier matters for market-moving clients. The practice is recognized by Chambers USA across Life Sciences and Healthcare, with deep FDA credentials and nationwide reach.
Role Summary
Advise on FDA strategy, compliance and enforcement across drugs, biologics, devices, diagnostics and related categories.
Counsel healthcare providers, suppliers and delivery systems on regulatory issues, investigations and fraud and abuse compliance.
Work cross-functionally with litigation, transactions and IP teams on high-stakes matters.
Candidate Profile
3–6 years of healthcare law experience; experience with hospitals/health systems, providers and suppliers is a plus.
Strong research, writing and analytical skills; able to drive work independently and thrive in collaborative teams.
Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, in the jurisdiction where you apply.
