Role : Java SRE Engineer

Duration: Long term contract
Job description:
8+ years of experience supporting Java/J2EE and microservice based web applications.
Must have hands-on software development experience in Java and microservices.
Experience working in the Ecommerce domain is a must.
Strong application and database debugging experience.
Preferably to have production support experience with e-commerce websites.
Experience in Spring, SpringBoot and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
Java Performance profiling experience (including thread and heap dump analysis) to help debug issues that happen in production system
Strong experience with various monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana etc.
Good to have experience with Developer tools Azure portal, Kasada and AKAMAI portals.
Experienced with Apache/Tomcat web servers and JBoss application server (v 6.x).
Detailed knowledge of databases like MySql and Cosmos and experience in SQL queries.
Excellent technical problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
Willing to work in SRE role and be on an on-call (PagerDuty) rotation to respond to high priority incidents
Willing to work weekends on-call rotation.
Knowledge in order management, and enterprise application integration will be beneficial
