Main Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
• Keep the selling floor stocked and organized
• Maintain accuracy of all inventory
• Collaborate with all associates to help identify inventory errors and correct them by addressing the root causes
• Using Ace way of retailing to address unproductive, closeout and overstock inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers find what they are looking for
• Introduce customers to new products
• Inform customers about sales, discounts, and promotions
• Answer questions about products or services
• Handle returns and coordinate with team members for outstanding service

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail sales is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive and friendly demeanor
• Able to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of retail computer systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft office products.
