Role : Industrial Engineer
Location : Milpitas, CA
Duration: 12 Months on W2
We're hiring an Industrial Engineer which focuses on improving production efficiency through time studies, line balancing, process optimization, capacity/materials planning, and waste reduction. AutoCAD and FlexSim skills are required.
Responsibilities:
Run time studies, line balancing, and process improvement activities
Support capacity, resource, and materials planning
Create VSMs and analyze production data
Use AutoCAD for layouts and FlexSim for line simulation
Work with cross-functional teams and prepare process documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
3 5 years of relevant experience
Strong in AutoCAD, FlexSim, Lean/Kaizen, and production systems
