- $19.36 per hour
- Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | Weekends Off
We are hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our onsite call center team. This role handles inbound calls related to program information, account inquiries, and online portal support.
Call center experience is required.
- Must pass a 30 WPM typing test at Screenshot test and send to me at jolds@mmcgrp.com for immediate interviews
Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound customer calls professionally and empathetically
- Assisting with account questions and password resets
- Accurately documenting calls and escalating issues as needed
- Meeting call quality and performance standards
Requirements:
- Call center experience required (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a 30 WPM typing test at
- High school diploma or equivalent
