Job Title: Human Resources Recruiter

Job Description
The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in supporting high-volume recruiting and onboarding processes within a dynamic credit union environment. This position entails the development and implementation of effective recruiting programs, conducting interviews, coordinating pre-employment testing, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The Recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and source top talent that aligns with the credit union's objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruiting plans to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Coordinate pre-employment testing, including assessments, background checks, and drug testing.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Post job openings on various platforms, including the company website, job boards, and social media.
Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future openings.
Attend job fairs and professional networking events to source candidates.
Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action guidelines.
Provide support and training to new hires during their initial period with the organization.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in recruiting and onboarding processes.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong skills in benefits administration, recruitment, and HR support.
4+ years of recruiting experience.
A college degree.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work in a rapidly growing organization.
Experience in a professional and business-oriented setting.
Work Environment
The role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. It offers a hybrid work environment with 2 days remote. The team consists of 5 members, including a VP, Director, HRBP, and two Generalists. The work setting is professional and business-oriented, providing an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a rapidly growing organization.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.65/hr.
