About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and board-certified Surgeon with specialization in [Orthopedic / Cardiothoracic / General] surgery to join our surgical team. This role plays a critical part in advancing patient care through surgical interventions, with consistent demand fueled by medical innovation and population needs. You will work in a collaborative, high-performing environment to ensure exceptional surgical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform surgical procedures related to area of specialization, ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative evaluations and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgical nurses, and other specialists as part of a coordinated care team.
- Maintain detailed surgical records and documentation using EMR systems.
- Provide consultation services and expert opinions as required.
- Participate in quality assurance programs, surgical committees, and clinical improvements.
- Stay current with medical advancements, procedures, and best practices in surgery.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of accredited surgical residency and fellowship (if applicable).
- Board certification in surgical specialty (e.g., General Surgery, Orthopedic, Cardiothoracic, etc.).
- Minimum 5 10 years of hands-on surgical experience in a hospital or surgical center setting.
- Active and unrestricted medical license.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
