Job Title:  HRIS Analyst (Contract)

Location:  Southlake, TX

Work Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hybrid schedule: on-site Monday–Thursday, remote on Fridays)

Type of Employment:  1-month contract (potential for extension, but not guaranteed)

Compensation:  $38 – $40 / Hour

Industry:  Healthcare

Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking an experienced  HRIS Analyst to support our client in Southlake, TX on a short-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Workday and Excel expertise who can step in quickly and support critical HR systems and reporting tasks during a leave of absence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve support tickets within the internal HR technology ticketing platform
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining data across HR systems, including the applicant tracking system
• Generate and analyze reports to support HR operations and decision-making
• Contribute to ongoing HR technology and data projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on HRIS or HR data analysis experience
• Proficiency in Workday is  required
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal training
