Job Description

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their homes, ensuring they maintain a high quality of life. This role involves working closely with clients who may have varying needs. Your compassionate care will help enhance their daily living experiences while promoting independence. Job tasks include light cleaning, meal preparation, personal cares, laundry assistance, and grocery pick up.

Schedule: Monday-Friday with weekends available

Requirements:

• Must be compassionate and highly reliable.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and insurance.

Skills

• Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings is preferred.
• Strong patient observation skills to monitor changes in health status effectively.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy.
• Familiarity with caregiving techniques related to dementia care and long-term care experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
