Healthcare Regulatory and Transactional Practice
This is an ideal position for a midlevel associate with three to six years of experience navigating the regulatory and business landscape of the healthcare industry. You’ll be engaged in a diverse array of work, including advising health systems, providers, life sciences clients, and digital health startups on issues ranging from corporate transactions and regulatory compliance to privacy and data security.
Attorneys in this group work alongside thought leaders in the healthcare law field and receive mentorship from highly experienced partners. You will be given opportunities to manage client relationships, contribute to business development, and take on complex and sophisticated assignments.
