Project Description Xcel Energy is offering a paid internship with the Geospatial Project Team in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN. This role involves supporting data integrity projects, applying geospatial skills in the utility sector, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve gas and electric distribution mapping. Interns gain practical experience, firsthand training, and networking opportunities within the Geospatial organization. As an intern, you will contribute to real-world utility projects by performing tasks such as analyzing spatial data, updating digital maps, and collaborating with engineers and project managers. You will have access to industry-standard software tools, participate in workshops, and join team meetings where you can share ideas and learn from professionals.
