Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Restaurant General Manager who knows how to build more than a restaurant—you know how to build a local brand .
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of operations, marketing, and community engagement , and who takes pride in making a restaurant feel truly connected to its neighborhood.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute local store marketing initiatives , including community partnerships, events, sponsorships, and grassroots promotions
- Own the overall success of the restaurant , from guest experience and financial performance to team culture
- Actively build the restaurant’s local brand presence —online, in-store, and in the community
- Help shape and evolve the restaurant concept , ensuring it stays relevant, authentic, and differentiated
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
- Manage P&L performance, labor, food costs, and operational standards
- Serve as the face of the restaurant in the community

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience, including time as a General Manager or senior manager
- Proven experience with local store marketing, community outreach, or neighborhood-based branding
- A strong understanding of brand building and concept development at the store level
- Creative, proactive mindset—you don’t wait for corporate playbooks
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Comfortable balancing creativity with operational discipline
- Full service and Alcohol/Beverage knowledge is a must
