Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to help improve and maintain our UI and UX. This position is NOT a remote position and requires living near or being willing to relocate to Neenah, WI. As a Frontend Developer, your main focus will be to develop and implement intuitive, well-designed interfaces for user-facing features developed by the rest of the software development team. We value creativity and collaboration at UniFiX and encourage both from all members of our team. If you enjoy working with new technology and creating great user experiences, this job is for you. In the end, you will help make our company's online presence more useful and attractive.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Write clean, efficient code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Work with senior developers, business development, and other team members to implement new user-facing features
  • Create responsive interfaces that function correctly across various devices and browsers, including mobile phones.
  • Address UI efficiency
  • Identify and fix bugs to ensure a smooth user experience
  • Continuously learn new technologies, industry trends, and best practices

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in UI/UX development or equivalent experience
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with the Bootstrap UI framework and knowledge of responsive design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
